The 2016 BSF League Heads Forum meeting took place on Saturday 12 November in Birmingham, with representatives from eight leagues in attendance, along with members of the BSF Executive and representatives from BSUK.

New Milton Keynes Softball League goes from strength to strength

Not even the British weather has been able to stop softball in Milton Keynes this summer, as the new four-team league has gone from strength to strength come rain or shine.

Dodgers win 2016 NSL 2 competition as Nationals places are awarded

The final weekend of National Softball League 2 competition for 2016 took place at Diamond Series 3 on 6-7 August, and the Dodgers from Manchester emerged as NSL 2 winners.

Ninos Privados move up to second place in NSL 2 standings

Two National Softball League 2 teams -- the Mavericks and Outlaws -- competed at the Manchester Tournament on 30-31 August, and both put up records of three wins and four losses and dropped down the NSL 2 standings.

NSL 2 teams get closer to the finish line

Four of the twelve teams in the BBF's National Softball League 2 played in the East Midlands Labor Day Tournament on the weekend of 23-24 July in Leicester – but the results, once again, did not produce much change in the standings.

Pioneers take 2016 NSL 1 title, but NSL 2 plays on

The 12 teams in the BSF's National Softball League 1 concluded their season at the Windsor Tournament on 16-17 July at Farnham Park, with the Pioneers putting up an 8-6 win over the National Champion Chromies in the final round-robin match of the day to take the NSL 1 title by half a game over H2O.

Little change in NSL 2 standings after six teams compete at Bristol

Six of the 12 teams in the BSF's National Softball League 2 competed at the Bristol Main Tournament at Clifton College on the weekend of 2-3 July, but the results produced little change in the NSL 2 standings.

NSL 2 standings show new leaders after three teams play at Leeds

While no teams in National Softball League 2 played at the Solent Summerball on the weekend of 25-26 June, three NSL 2 teams -- Mavericks, Misfits and Outlaws -- did play at the Leeds Tournament, and this has brought some changes to the standings.
