BSF finds new venue for National Championships

BSF Tournaments Officers Liz Graham and Lesley Morisetti have found a new venue to host national championships. Burleigh Community College, a specialist sports college in Loughborough, Leicestershire, will be the venue for the League All-Star Nationals and Single-Sex Nationals in 2012.

GB coaches spend an amazing week in Florida

Two GB youth fastpitch team coaches -- Sarah Jones and Liz Knight -- got to spend a week observing and working with the coaching staff at the University of South Florida in late September, where the Head Coach is Team USA Head Coach Ken Eriksen. The opportunity came about through a partnership between the European Softball Federation and the US Amateur Softball Association.

GB Under-19 Fastpitch Women looking for a Team Manager

The GB Junior (Under-19) Women's Fastpitch Team is looking for a Team Manager to join the staff. The team will play in European Junior Championships next July in Belgium and is planning two or three short trips to the Netherlands before that time for warm-up competitions.
