Eileen Church, the mother of three players who attend national Academy Softball sessions at Milton Keynes, has won £120 worth of Jamie Oliver kitchen equipment in a softball-based "Jamie at Home" competition.
The competition was arranged by Glynis Trask, mother of GB Under-16 and Under-19 player Amy Trask. Entrants chose a number between 1 and 100 and paid £2 per number.
The winning ticket -- number 42 -- was drawn by British Softball Federation President Stella Ackrell on October 8, and Eileen Church has been able to choose her favourite kitchen equipment from the latest "Jamie at Home" catalogue as a result.
