The GB Junior (Under-19) Women's Fastpitch Team is preparing for European Championships in July 2012, and will be entering two open tournaments in the Netherlands early next year as part of their preparations.
But the team will need pitching help for these competitions, since their main pitchers are based overseas and won't join the team until next summer.
The two Dutch tournaments the GB Juniors have entered are the Indoor Cup in Schiedam, near Rotterdam, on the weekend of January 14-15, 2012, and then a tournament in the south of the country on the weekend of March 10-11 that will be played outdoors or indoors depending on the weather.
Both tournaments are open to senior and junior teams, so the GB Juniors can use guest pitchers from either age group in both competitions.
