GB Women wrap up productive British camp and head for the Euros in Spain

The GB Senior Women’s Team, back together for the first time since 2019, will conclude a week-long UK training camp with a send-off barbecue on Monday evening at the Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre and then fly to Barcelona on Tuesday for the 2022 European Women’s Championship.

GB Under-15 Women start their European Championship in the Netherlands

European Championship tournaments are coming thick and fast these days, and the next GB Team to play in one will be the GB Under-15 Women’s Fastpitch Team, which will take on eight other teams starting Monday at the European Under-15 Women’s Championship in Enschede in the Netherlands.

GB Slowpitch wins European Championship gold for the 12th time

It was another hard-fought and relatively low-scoring game between GB and Germany on Saturday in the final of the 2022 European Co-ed Slowpitch Championship in Ljubljana, Slovenia, but this time GB prevailed by 12-7 to win European gold for the 12th time in 13 attempts.

GB Slowpitch qualify for World Cup and will play for gold tomorrow

The GB Co-ed Slowpitch Team beat Ireland on Friday and were leading Slovenia 10-0 in the second inning when the game was abandoned due to rain at the European Co-ed Slowpitch Championship in Ljubljana, Slovenia. This was enough to clinch GB’s qualification for the inaugural WBSC Co-ed Slowpitch World Cup in 2023 and a place in the gold medal game tomorrow.
