    Pioneers win 2016 Premier Nationals

    The BSF has a new Co-ed Slowpitch National Champion in 2016 after four straight years of dominance by the Chromies.  In a thrilling Premier Nationals final played on Sunday 14 August, the Pioneers came back from an early seven-run deficit to carve out a walk-off 10-9 win over H2O.

    Dodgers win 2016 NSL 2 competition as Nationals places are awarded

    The final weekend of National Softball League 2 competition for 2016 took place at Diamond Series 3 on 6-7 August, and the Dodgers from Manchester emerged as NSL 2 winners.

    Puppies and Bluebirds take main titles at the Single-Sex Nationals

    A near-record total of 31 teams took part in the BSF’s 2016 Single-Sex Slowpitch National Championships on the weekend of 9-10 July at the Moor Lane Sports Ground in Perry Barr, Birmingham, with winner’s trophies awarded in eight categories of play.

    Five hard-fought trophies won at Co-ed Nationals

    All five of the BSF’s 2015 Co-ed Slowpitch National Championships – Premier, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze – were played on 22-23 August at Farnham Park, in a tournament that produced close and exciting games throughout the weekend.

    Combined Co-ed Nationals coming up this weekend

    The British Softball Federation’s Co-ed Slowpitch National Championships, which this year will combine all five grades of play in one tournament event at Farnham Park, will take place this coming weekend, 22-23 August.

    Final places confirmed for Premier Nationals

    The final games of the 2015 National Softball League season were played at the Diamond Series 3 tournament on the weekend of 8-9 August at Farnham Park, and the eight teams that will go forward to Premier Nationals have now been determined.
