With the new Season ahead we want to remind players who reside outside Great Britain and travel to play in the UK to ensure they have their own travel insurance, which has softball 'named' as an activity covered. If not they should contact their own Insurance Company to ask if they are covered. The BSF Policy does not cover Personal Accident Insurance for non-residents.
This also applies to GB resident players travelling to play in Europe and beyond, please ensure softball is a 'named' activity in your travel insurance policy. This would apply to all teams, as well as Umpires and Officials.
