The 14th edition of The Players Tournament (TPT), a premier sporting and social event for corporate softball league teams from around the world, will be hosted in Las Vegas, Nevada this year at the newly-opened Big League Dreams complex from October 9-11.
The Players Tournament is run by three former stalwarts from British Softball and the London Advertising League: Julian Aldridge and Adrian and Carroll Nash.
The competition is attended mainly by teams representing US corporate leagues, but a number of teams from Britain and other countries take part each year.
TPT concept
The TPT concept is a five-day, four-night event at a resort location with competitive slowpitch softball by day and hosted events and parties at night for networking as well as socialising.
This year, the softball will be played at a newly-opened six-diamond complex in Las Vegas featuring miniature versions of Major League stadia, with additional games at a nearby four-diamond location.
