The second annual Belfast Aviators Softball Invitational Competition -- BASIC 2011 -- will be held on Saturday, August 6 at Shorts Recreation Club in Belfast, to be followed by an awards ceremony and party at tournament sponsor Rockies Sports Bar.
The Aviators Softball Club, a mainstay of slowpitch softball in Northern Ireland, is looking for teams from outside the province to join the fun. But there are only five places available, so interested teams should get their entries in early.
The entry fee is £50 per team, camping is available on site, and B&B accommodation is available.
