The GB Under-18 Men’s Team will be competing in a European Qualifier in September for the 2020 WBSC Under-18 Men’s World Championship, and Head Coach Ian Tomlin is looking to add players to the squad.

The team formerly played at Under-19 level, but the World Baseball Softball Confederation has recently changed age groups in softball, taking a year off the Under-19, Under-16 and Under-13 age groups.

The GB Under-18 Men’s Team is looking for players born between 2001 and 2004 and is offering an opportunity for individuals to attend the Great Britain Fastpitch League (GBFL) to train, trial and play with the squad.  The trials will consist of a range of skill tests as well as playing in GBFL games.

Ideally, players will have had some softball or baseball experience and be capable of taking part in a competitive softball game.
