A small number of places are still available for the 2011 East Midlands Labor Day Tournament on September 17-18 at Leicester University, one of the top late-season events for co-ed slowpitch teams at C and D level.
The tournament promises:
-- 8 guaranteed games (more for most).
-- A full BASU crew.
-- Prizes for winners and runners-up.
-- Prizes for non-softball competitions (eg. the infamous relay races....)!
-- On-site party on Saturday night.
-- On-site accommodation for only £18 per person per night.
-- Food and drink.
-- First aid on-site.
The event will be held at Stoughton Road Playing Fields, Leicester University, Stoughton Road, Oadby, Leicester LE2 4FS, and the entry fee is only £185.
