A new addition to the official International Softball Federation YouTube channel, entitled “ISF Pitching Rule,” presents a definitive explanation and demonstration in (in English and Spanish) of changes made to fastpitch pitching regulations at the 2009 ISF Congress.
A combination of text slides and demonstration video are used to educate players, coaches, and umpires on the changes.
