The 2012 Leeds Softball Tournament, scheduled for June 23-24, will have a new home this year, with better playing facilities and more accommodation options.
The tournament is open to the first 20 adult C-Grade and recreational teams to register with either a deposit (£100) or full balance (£220), and will be held at Yarnbury (Horsforth) Rugby Football Club, Brownberrie Lane, Horsforth, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS18 5HB.
Room and board
The venue has excellently maintained pitches and an on-site club house with two bars and extended opening hours. Fresh food will be available on site throughout the weekend.
The tournament will also have the support of Leeds Trinity University, conveniently located across the road, who are providing two pitches on their campus and making student accommodation available at £27.50 per night per person. The dorms are all en-suite and towels and linen is provided.
There will also be camping available on-site at the Rugby Club for those who like roll out of their tent and onto the softball pitch. Tents are charged at £11 per tent per night.
Full payment will be due by Friday, June 15.
