The Windsor First Ball, one of the earliest co-ed slowpitch tournaments of the season in the South of England, almost wound up as an indoor event this year.

Fortunately, an outdoor venue was found at Swakeleys School in Hillingdon and 12 teams took part in the spring sunshine on Saturday, April 30.

Honeyz defeated Windsor Knights to take the title, while Oxford Spirit were Plate winners over Thundercats.

Wildcats defeated Ascot Blue Jays to win the Spoon award.
