The first National Softball League competition of the season took place on the weekend of June 16-17 at the British Airways Tournament, played at the BA Concorde Club near Heathrow Airport, and the early leaders in the NSL table are H2O.
The next NSL event will be on the weekend of July 7-8 at Burleigh Community College in Loughborough, and the table after that weekend will be used to determine seedings for the 2012 Premier Nationals on September 1-2 in Manchester.
All NSL teams will take part in the Premier Nationals this year, though the BSF plans to go back to a system where only the top eight teams qualify in 2013.
