SUMMARY: The Great Britain Senior Women’s continued their winning ways with an 8-0, five inning defeat of Switzerland in their first trip to SaBat Praha. Paytn Monticelli and Kenzie Langan combined for the shutout, while six different GBR players tallied hits, highlighted by Sydney Teague's RBI double.

The game changed when…Katie Burge singled to lead off the fourth inning, and the floodgates opened. Three Swiss errors and five hits later - highlighted by Sydney Teague's first run batted in and extra base hit, a double - and Great Britian had scored all eight of their runs.

Great Britain's top performers were Paytn Monticelli and Kenzie Langan, in her GBR debut. Neither pitcher allowed a run, and both allowed just one hit while each tallying 5 strikeouts.

Next Up: Great Britain wraps up the Opening Round and Pool Y with a day-night doubleheader, facing Ukraine at 10:00 CET/09:00 BST before a heavyweight showdown with the Netherlands at 19:30 CET/18:30 BT. Both games will be at Eagles Praha on Field 1.
