The GB Men's Fastpitch Programme is seeking applications from players interested in trialling for the Senior and U23 teams for 2025.
The Senior Men's team will participate in the European Championships in Havlickuv Brod in Czechia from 23-28 June 2025. The U23 team will participate in their European Championships held in Kunovice, Czechia from 30th June to 5th July 2025, which will also serve as the qualifier for the WBSC U23 World Championships.
Due to the dates and locations of the two events, those eligible for both teams due to their age would be able to take part in both of these competitions if selected. Please note, however, that players should make themselves eligible for their primary age group before being considered for other ages.
Any players based in Britain or overseas who want to trial for either the Senior or U23 teams should complete the application form as soon as possible, and no later than 30th August 2024. Those born between 2002 and 2010 are eligible to apply for the U23 Team.

Trials
Initial trials for both squads will be held at Conniburrow Sports Pavillion, Milton Keynes on Saturday, 14th September 2024 - further details will be given closer to the event. There will be a charge of £10 to attend to cover the costs of staging the day.
If you are unable to attend in person or are currently injured but wish to be considered, please let us know ASAP so that alternative evidence can be requested.
After these trials and other evidence have been considered, extended squads for both teams will be selected and will form the basis of a combined winter training programme. The final rosters for the competitions will then be announced in the spring.
