Box Score

The game changed…every time Tia Warsop came to the plate. She was the catalyst for Great Britain’s offence, with a pair of hits, a stolen base, and scoring the lone GBR run.

Great Britain’s top performer was Tia Warsop, scoring the only run for Great Britain in the game and with tight work in the outfield.

Kaitlyn Parisi also receives a notable mention, hitting an infield single on her Senior debut with the first ever pitch thrown to her - and coming off Olympic gold-medalist Miu Goto as well.

Next up: Great Britain play Peru at Villa María del Triunfo Sports Complex tomorrow, with first pitch scheduled for 14:00 PET/20:00 BST.
