With almost all its Championship and Cup tournaments postponed in 2020, the European Softball Federation has now announced a crowded calendar of events for 2021, (11).jpg)
including a number of tournaments postponed from this year, along with some events in 2022 and 2023.
Eight different formats and/or age groups will hold European Championships or Qualifiers in 2021, alongside a full slate of European Cup tournaments. The ESF’s 2021 schedule will start as early as April or May and run through the end of October.
Most European Championship tournaments in 2021 will serve as qualifiers for WBSC World Cup tournaments in 2022.
Six GB National Teams will compete in Europe next year, along with a number of British club teams that will or may attend European Cup competitions.

Here is the ESF schedule for 2021, with an indication of British teams that are expected to take part:
Mixed Under-12 European Qualifier

European Co-ed Slowpitch Championship
June 15-19 in Colorno, Italy
The GB Co-ed Slowpitch Team will compete and defend its European title.
European Men’s Championship
June 21-26 in Ledenice, Czech Republic
The GB Men’s Fastpitch Team will compete.
European Women’s Championship
July 4-10 in the Friuli Region, Italy
The GB Women’s Fastpitch Team will compete.
European Under-18 Men’s Championship

August 2-7 in Sofia, Bulgaria
Windsor Knights, Pioneers and Chromies will compete.

August 11-14 in Collecchio, Italy
The GB Under-13 Cubs will compete.
