The AGM Pack for the 2013 British Softball Federation AGM, plus Draft Accounts for 2012, are now available for downloading from this website.
The BSF AGM will be held on Saturday, February 23, at St Thomas United Reformed Church in Watford. Registration will be open from 11.00 am, morning workshops on child protection and risk assessment for leagues and teams will run from 11.30 am to 1.00 pm, and the formal AGM will be held from 2.00-4.00 pm.
The AGM Pack contains directions to the AGM venue, the AGM Agenda, Minutes from the 2012 AGM, reports from BSF Officers, National Team reports, summary Accounts for 2012 and a proposed Budget for 2013, Motions to the AGM from the BSF Executive, a list of Officers to be elected to the Executive and a list of the Annual Awards that will be made at the meeting.
