The 2025 British Softball Federation Annual General Meeting will be held as a remote meeting from 2.00-4.00 pm on Saturday 22nd February, and the AGM Pack for this meeting is now available.
The AGM Pack contains reports from BSF President Lesley Morisetti and other Officers, a summary of the BSF’s 2023-24 Accounts and 2024-25 Budget, proposed affiliation fees for 2025, a report on national teams, a list of those standing for election to the BSF Executive.
The 2025 BSF AGM Pack can be downloaded here:

Attendance requirements
Although anyone who is a member of a BSF-affiliated team is welcome to attend the AGM, attendance is required by representatives from:
- All NSL1, NSL2 teams. NSL3 teams representation is not mandatory but representatives are welcome.
- All slowpitch softball leagues that wish to send teams to National Championships at any level.
- All 2024 league divisional winners that wish to take up the place they have earned in the 2025 Co-ed Slowpitch League Nationals at the appropriate grade.
- All teams that won their grade (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze) at the 2024 Co-ed Slowpitch League Nationals if they wish to be guaranteed a place in the 2025 League Nationals as defending champions.
Please note that, in general, a league representative cannot also represent a team at the AGM. However, a League Head who is a registered playing member of a team from their league that has won a place in the 2025 BSF Co-ed Slowpitch League Nationals can represent both the league and that team – although such a person will only have one vote, not two.
If you want to represent both your league and your team at the AGM, please let BSF Membership Officer Liz Graham know beforehand.
If you do attend this remote AGM, please ensure that your name – and, if relevant, the name of the team or league you are representing -- is on the screen so the BSF can collate attendance.
