BaseballSoftballUK and the British Softball Federation will host a six-to-eight-team tournament, mainly for junior women’s fastpitch teams and some senior women's teams, at Farnham Park, a dedicated softball and baseball complex near London and Heathrow Airport, on the weekend of 2-3 July 2016. Both national and club teams are welcome to enter.
The tournament is designed as a warm-up for the 2016 European Junior Women's Championships, and the GB Junior Team, winner of the 2015 London Cup, will compete along with one or more American 18 Gold teams and the London Angels (2013 ESF Women’s B Pool Cup winners).
Entries are open now. The entry fee for teams from outside the UK (£200) will include collection from Heathrow Airport and transport from accommodation to the field. There are a number of reasonably-priced hotels near the ground, and free camping is allowed on site.
