Sixteen men's teams and 12 women's teams made up the field at the 2011 BSF Single-Sex Slowpitch National Championships, played on the weekend of July 23-24 at Birmingham City University's Moor Lane Sports Ground in Sutton Coldfield.
For a variety of reasons, the results have been late appearing on this website, but are given below.
Formats
In the Men's Nationals, six teams played at Gold level from start to finish, while 10 teams started off in two round-robin groups at Silver level. After those initial round-robins, the top three teams in each group went on to Silver playoffs while the bottom two teams from each round-robin made up a Bronze playoff group.
In the Women's Nationals, the twelve teams entered the tournament in one pool and played an initial round-robin in two group of six. After that, the top two teams in each group went to Gold playoffs, the middle two teams to Silver playoffs and the bottom two teams to Bronze playoffs.
