The 2017 BSF AGM will be held on Saturday 25 February 2017 at the Metropolitan Police Bushey Sports Club, Aldenham Road, Bushey, Herts WD23 2TR starting at 11.00 am (with registration from 10.30).
Although representatives from all affiliated softball teams and organisations are welcome at the AGM, where important issues will be discussed and decided, the BSF would like to remind the softball community about who needs to attend to ensure participation in Co-ed Slowpitch National Championships in 2017.
Required attendance
The following need to send a representative to the AGM with regard to participation in Co-ed Slowpitch National Championships in 2017:
- All NSL 1 and NSL 2 teams.
- All slowpitch softball leagues that wish to send teams to Nationals at any level.
- All 2016 league divisional winners that wish to take up the place they have earned in the Co-ed Slowpitch Nationals in 2017 at the appropriate grade.
- All teams that won their grade (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze) at the 2016 Co-ed Slowpitch Nationals if they wish to be guaranteed a place in the 2017 Nationals as defending champions.
Please note that a league representative cannot also represent a team at the AGM.
