BSF logoThe 2013 Annual General Meeting of the British Softball Federation will take place on Saturday, 23 February from 2.00-4.00 pm in Watford, along with morning workshop sessions to be held between 11.00 am and 1.00 pm. 

All BSF member teams and leagues are invited to send representatives to both the AGM and the morning workshops.
 

AGM venue

The AGM venue will be:

St Thomas United Reformed Church
68 Langley Road
Watford
Herts WD17 4PN

This is the same venue that hosted the 2011 BSF AGM.

Parking is available in the church car park at the rear of the premises.

Tea and coffee will be provided. It is suggested that all those attending the morning workshop sessions should bring a packed lunch.
 

Attendance requirements

The BSF has certain requirements in force regarding AGM attendance:

1)  All leagues that wish to have a team or teams from their league compete in National Championships need to send a representative to the AGM.

2)  All National Softball League (NSL), Platinum and Gold teams that wish to play in the 2013 Co-ed Slowpitch National Championships need to be represented at the AGM.  Silver and Bronze teams may be represented through attendance by their League Head.
 

Morning workshops

Anyone with suggestions for issues or topics which could be discussed during morning workshop sessions should mail BSF Administrator Vicky Hall (vicky.hall@britishsoftball.org).
 

Voting

With regard to voting, each League or Team present can cast one vote.  No postal or email votes are possible.

Any suggestions for AGM agenda items should be sent to Vicky Hall.
