The 2014 ISF Women's Fastpitch World Championships are coming to Haarlem in Holland this summer and the GB Women will be one of 16 teams taking part.  So get your tickets early to watch the GB Team and the best softball in the world!

The tournament will be played from 15-24 August on two fields at the grounds of the Olympia Softball Club in Haarlem, and tickets are now on sale and are going fast.

The organisers are also offering hotel and ticket packages for overseas visitors.  British softball supporters will never have a better chance to watch the GB Team in action as well as seeing  exciting teams such as defending champions Japan, the USA, Australia, Canada, China, the Netherlands, Cuba and Chinese Taipei.
 

Tickets

Tickets for the World Championships are now on sale from: http://www.wcsoftball2014.com/fanzone/tickets.

An adult Day Ticket, allowing access to all games on that day on both fields, is €12.50 euros, while children aged up to 13 pay €8.50.

A ticket that is valid for all games after 4.00 pm will cost €8.50 for adults and €6.50 for children.

An order of more than 15 day or half-day tickets will receive a discount of 10%.

A pass for unreserved seating for the whole tournament is €75 for adults and €55 for children, while a whole tournament pass for reserved seating is €125.

Children up to three years get free entrance.

Prices exclude payment costs (2.5% per credit card transaction and €0,67 for other payment options).

Accommodation

Schedule

The schedule for the World Championships has not yet been released, but for those planning to travel to the tournament, the first seven days of play (15-21 August) will be round-robin play, with every team playing once on each day.

The round-robin will be played with two groups of eight teams, and the top four from each group will proceed to playoffs on 22-24 August.
