The GB Under-13 Girls' Fastpitch programme held a lunch and an awards ceremony for the 2014 season following an Academy Softball session at Milton Keynes on Saturday 17 January.
The girls seemed excited to see each other again, as the last time they had all been together was at the European Massimo Romeo Youth Cup competition in Collecchio, Italy last August.
Unfortunately Natalie Vann, Jorgia Patteson and Lily Ferragamo were unable to be present on the day.
There was lots of chatting among the girls and the parents alike as everyone tucked into a well-earned lunch before the awards were presented.
Awards
GB U-13 Manager Julie Spittle said, “Each member of the Under-13 squad contributed to the performance of the team. Whether it was batting, fielding, sliding, chanting or encouraging, all of their contributions made the team what it was and was part of how well they did.”
