The GB Co-ed Slowpitch Team programme has gone from strength to strength over the past 12 months.

Following trials and a hotly-contested GB Challenge Tournament in April 2013, Head Coach Steve Patterson selected a team that blew every opponent away in winning a ninth straight European Championship in July in the Czech Republic, staking a claim to the title of the best-ever GB Slowpitch Team.

A very different set of players with much less international experience was then selected to go to Plant City, Florida in January 2014 to compete in the 3rd ISF Slowpitch World Cup -- but the team bonded amazingly well in a short period of time, scored victories over every other team in the competition and came back with a silver medal.

Steve Patterson has now produced a comprehensive report that looks in detail at what the team has achieved over the past year and how those achievements have come about.
