NOTICE:  There has been a great response to this programme, and as of 1 March 2016, places in the scheme have been taken.  However, more places may become available if more coaches can be found.  Watch this space or email Mike Jennings to ask.

Are you a B-grade or C-grade co-ed slowpitch team that would like to improve?  Then the British Softball Federation would like to help you!

This year, the BSF will be putting funding and support into spring coaching sessions for B-grade and C-grade co-ed teams, delivered by GB Slowpitch Team players and coaches.

Teams that apply to join the scheme will receive a one-day clinic, followed by mentoring and game management support at a subsequent league or tournament opportunity.

Best of all, the BSF will cover all the costs.

The programme will also help raise money for the GB Slowpitch Team, which will be travelling to Florida towards the end of the year to compete a World Slowpitch Championship or Cup competition.

How to apply

Teams will be signed up for the scheme on a first-come, first-served basis as places are limited, and the logistics and assignment of coaches will be organised by former GB Slowpitch Team Manager Sara Vertigan.
