To affiliate teams as members of the British Softball Federation (pay affiliation fees and obtain insurance), leagues and independent teams should use the appropriate affiliation form:

Registration
The British Softball Federation uses the Spawtz system to record player participation and to allow leagues and teams to manage their activities through this website. In the sections below are instructions for how to register your league, team or yourself as a player in the Spawtz system.
Leagues
If you are registering your league for the first time, then after completing the affiliation form above for your league teams, please email the .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) to set up your league on the website.
League managers and administrators can download the League User Manual here for instructions on how to use the Spawtz league management system.
Teams
The web administrator for each league will add teams to their respective leagues.

If you are an existing team but have not yet registered with a league, please visit the league page here where you will find contact details for your league's web administrator.
Players
Whether you are a new player looking for a team or an existing player who needs to affiliate to your team, you will need to register yourself on the Spawtz system. You can do this by visiting the player registration page here.
