The Information Pack for the 2016 BSF AGM, to be held on Saturday 20 February in Manchester, is now available on this website.

The AGM will be held at the The Hough End Centre, Mauldeth Road West, Chorlton, Manchester M21 7SX.

Registration will be open from 10.30 am, and the 2015 Softball League Heads Forum meeting, postponed from last November, will be held from 11.00 am to 12.45 pm.  An Agenda for the meeting is part of the AGM Pack.

There will be a lunch break from 12.45-1.30 pm, and the AGM will run from 1.30-4.00 pm, followed by the presentation of Annual Awards and the induction of new members into the BSF Hall of Fame.

Coffee and tea will be provided at the venue.  Lunch can be purchased at the venue, or bring your own.

Attendance regulations

Attendance at the AGM is linked to eligibility for play in National Championships, and the regulations about who must attend were widened for last year's AGM.  Attendance is now required by:

  • A representative from the Committee of each league that wishes to send a team or teams to any National Championship.
     
  • A representative from each National Softball League team.
     
  • A representative from any other independent team that wishes to take part in National Championships.
     
  • A representative from all league teams that have qualified for National Championships in 2016 by virtue of their league position in 2015 and that wish to take up their place in National Championships in 2016 or retain the ability to do so.  All relevant teams will be notified directly.
