British teams invited to dip into the Czech Slowpitch League

An open co-ed slowpitch competition called the Czech Slowpitch League, similar in structure to the NSL in Britain, has been running in the Czech Republic for the past three years, and co-founder Tomas Rambousek (aka Wayne of Wayne's World) would like to invite teams from Britain and other countries to take part in 2015.

GB Softball sends two mixed teams to Paris

Two mixed GB youth fastpitch teams will be travelling to Ermont, near Paris, on the weekend of 14-15 March to play in a tournament organised by the Ermont Expos Softball Commission.

NSL grows to 14 teams for the 2015 season

The BSF has announced that the National Softball League (NSL) will have 14 teams for the 2015 season, equalling the highest number of teams to play in the league since it began in 2009.

Major slowpitch tournament set for Holland in July 2015

A major European slowpitch tournament, featuring men's, women's and co-ed divisions, will be held in the Netherlands at Almere, near Amsterdam, from Friday 3 July through Sunday 5 July 2015.

2015 LONDON CUP WOMEN’S FASTPITCH TOURNAMENT

The British Softball Federation will host an eight-team tournament for senior and junior women's fastpitch teams at its new dedicated softball and baseball complex near London on the weekend of 6-7 June 2015. Four places are still available.

GB Under-19s get experience in Paris

A mixed fastpitch team of GB Under-19 men and women got a great weekend of experience at the Tournoi de Fleur in Paris on 4-5 October. The team finished with a 2-3 record, but the exposure to international competition and the chance for the players to bond made the trip more than worthwhile.

Bristol Phoenix win the Autumn Cotswold Tournament

The 2014 Autumn Cotswold Tournament was blessed with fine weather on Sunday 5 October and a full complement of 12 teams from around the country that turned out at Archway School in Stroud. Two Bristol teams contested the Trophy final, won by Phoenix over Swarm.

Jersey Tournament to be revived in 2015

The Jersey Softball Association is bringing back the Jersey Tournament in 2015 on the weekend of 2-3 May, this time as a C-grade and D-grade event, and hopes to attract a good number of teams from the UK mainland.
