An open trial for all UK-based players interested in playing for GB female fastpitch teams in 2020 will be held on Sunday 1 March 2020 from 1.00-4.00 pm at the indoor 
sports hall at Uxbridge College in northwest London.
The full address of the venue is Park Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1NQ.
The trial, which will be run by GB coaches and team managers, will be for female players in the Under-15, Under-18, Under-22 and Senior age groups.
Trials for Under-13 players will be held separately and later in the spring. For information on Under-13 trials, please contact Julie Spittle.
Trial details
Players who plan to attend the trial should wear clothing suitable for indoors, including trainers, and should bring water and a snack.
Players will be assessed on offensive and defensive capabilities, plus overall conditioning, teamwork and attitude.
While only the GB Senior Women’s Team has an official tournament this summer (the European Women’s Championship), plans are being drawn up for the Under-22, Under-18 and Under-15 teams to hold training camps and play in at least one invitational tournament next summer.
