BSUK would like to employ a number of casual staff to look after its new facility at Farnham Park. Staff are needed to cover bookings on evenings and weekends. The role is suited to people who are practical and good with their hands, and staff will be paid at £10-£12 per hour.
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Working with players and teams using the site and with grounds staff and other South Bucks District staff to ensure the smooth operating and fulfilment of bookings.
- Opening and locking-up the facility and storage on site.
- Supporting the day-to-day maintenance of the site: including dragging fields, painting, fixing, line marking, rubbish collection and keeping the facility in good repair.
- Liaising with tradespeople to provide specialist services, such as carpentry, scaffolding, landscaping, machinery repair, drainage and other services.
The roles, to start as soon as possible, will report to a Site Manager, once appointed and casual staff will be paid through BSUK at £10 - £12 per hour, depending on the time and duration of shifts.
