About the event:
The GB Senior Women's Team will compete in this tournament, which will be the first stage in the qualification process for the next WBSC Women's World Cup. Because of Covid, this will be the first competitive tournament for the GB Women's Team since they finished second in the Europe/Africa Olympic Qualifying Tournament in 2019, and it will be the first step on the road to Olympic qualification for the 2028 Games in Los Angeles.
