    The University of Nottingham Arrows finally won the BSUK National University Softball Championship title on the weekend of 14-15 October at Farnham Park, courtesy of a 10-8 win in the final over the Portsmouth Shafters.

    A mixed fastpitch team made up of players from the GB Under-19 Men, GB Women, GB Men and GB U-16 Girls just missed taking their first title at the annual Tournoi de Fleur in Paris on the weekend of 30 September-1 October.

    Largest-ever Cotswold Tournament mostly escapes the rain

    The rain held off on Sunday 1 October except for an hour or so late in the day, and that allowed the largest-ever Cotswold Autumn Tournament to take place, with 16 teams playing on some slightly muddy diamonds at the Archway School in Stroud.

    Five British teams sign up for the Slava Hosana Tournament
