MayBobcats tame Tigers in West Midlands softball opening round
For the first time in nearly a decade, competitive softball returned to the West Midlands on Sunday, May 15 at the Hallfield School in Edgbaston, Birmingham as three teams played the first round of the 2011 West Midlands Championship: the Birmingham Bobcats, Coventry Tigers and Leamington Hawks.

MayLakenheath and one of many Raiders teams take the titles at the LSF Co-ed First Ball
The sun shone brightly on the LSF Co-ed First Ball Tournament at Old Deer Park in London on Saturday, May 21, with 27 teams taking part. Team Lakenheath won the B-grade competition and A Few Good Raiders, one of four teams from the Raiders Softball Club playing in the C tournament, took the C-grade title.

MayDiamond Series starts fifth anniversary season with a record-breaking entry
The Diamond Softball Series opened its fifth anniversary season on the weekend of May 14-15 at Farnham Park with decent weather and a record-breaking 51 teams competing in three divisions.
